Shipping
Delivery
Schedule.
Most items are leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery
time is normally 5 to 8 business days after shipping. With shippments
outside of the contential U.S. taking longer.

Items.
Every effort is made to keep our website up-to-date, however, if an item
is ever out-of-stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to
keep or cancel your order.

FedEx and specialized freight CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes, therefore,

does the order process work?

When
you see an item you would like, click on the "add to basket"
button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart and takes
you to your Shopping Cart page. On this Shopping Cart page you
can review the items selected and choose to “Keep Shopping” or “Check
Out”. At any time you can check to see what you have placed
in your shopping cart and/or proceed to Check Out by simply clicking
on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of any page. Shipping
and tax will be calculated on the billing screen prior to
your purchase.

After
you've finished shopping, select "Shopping Cart" at the
top of the page.

This
take you to your Shopping Cart page were you can review your selected
item(s). Click the blue “Check Out” button in the column under
your order.

Now,
you will be asked to fill in your shipping information. When you are
finished click the "continue" button.

The
next page shipping and tax charges will be calculate with your order
and can enter your billing information. Once you have finished
click the "continue" button.

The
next page is the final page. Here you will verify that all information
you have provided is correct. When you have finished, click
the "Send Order" button to complete your order.

order will then be processed [this may take a minute or so]. When
processing is finished you will be given an order number and your
invoice will be electronically mailed to you. [You may

credit cards do you accept?

and security software to ensure that your payment details and credit card
information will not be compromised during transmittal between your computer
and our site.
When
are credit cards charged for an order?
Credit cards
are typically charged at the time the order is shipped. If there is any
problem with the credit card that is used or the information was entered
incorrectly you will be told that we are unable to authorize payment during
our checkout process. Please double check the credit card number you have
entered or choose to enter a different card. If the credit card is still
unable to be processed please contact us.

Does
Garden Hardware Co. charge sales tax?
State laws require a South Carolina-based business (as is the case with
Garden Hardware Co.) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to South Carolina
addresses. We are currently are not required to collect sales tax on orders
shipped to residents of any other states. For delivery in South
Carolina a 5% sales tax will appear in the Check Out process.
What
is the method of shipping?
Our standard
means of shipment is UPS. Occasionally product are shipped directly
from our suppliers who may use other shipping methods. Some oversized
or exceptionally heavy items are sent via specialized motor freight and
are indicated on the products descriptions page as requiring this means
of shipment. Please review our Shipping and Returns
for more detail.
