1. Returns Policy.
Garden Hardware Co. seeks to provide its customers with the highest
quality products available and is committed to your
satisfaction.
We provide a 60 day guarantee for a refund,
exchange or
credit for the cost of the items you ordered [exclusive of shipping
cost to and from your location] provided
- You bought the item from us [have an order#
associated with your return]
- The returned product(s) are in good
condition with original parts.
- Return shipment is paid at your expense and
non-refundable.
For your protection, please return the product using a delivery
confirmation shipping method (i.e.-UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or Express
Mail) and consider insuring your package.
- For items that appear damaged during shipping, please

our customer service team at 888-476-4426 upon receipt of your
shipment. Please keep the damaged item(s) and all
the packing in which the damaged item was shipped.
To ensure your proper return, please follow the Returns Procedure below.

Defective Items & Items Damaged During Shipment.
Items Damaged During Shipment. Upon receipt of your damaged
shipment, please email [be sure to include your name and order # in

Please keep the damaged item(s) and all the packing
in which the damaged item was shipped.
Defective Items. Items deemed defective within 60
days of
purchase can be returned for refund, replacement or credit.

Refund Policy.
We offer two methods of refunds:
- The original means of payment to the original
purchaser. [That is to
say, we will refund the return value to the original credit card upon
which the returned item was purchased. Or if it was paid for by check,
we will reimburse the return value to the original purchaser via check.]

- Gift Certificate for the return value.
Timing. It can take up to 15 days for us to refund your account
upon the receipt of your refund request. And, depending upon when this
refund takes place in the billing cycle of your credit card, it may not
appear until the month after your current billing cycle. Accordingly,
please allow for up to two billing cycles or 60 days for your refund to
show on your credit card statement.
4. Return Procedure.
To ensure correct refund or credit:
- Complete the circle the Return Reason Codes on the
packslip (or a copy of it) that was included in your purchase or
download and complete our Returns Shipment Form here. [You

- Please enclose a copy of the Packing Slip or the
Returns Form with the returned item in the orginal
packaging [if avalable] and any accompany materials [parts, manuals,
etc.]
- Deface any old shipping labels on the outside of the
box to reduce confusion for shippers.
For your
protection, please return the product using a delivery confirmation
shipping method [i.e.-UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or Express Mail] and
consider insuring your package.
